A book must be an axe for the frozen sea within us...
Franz Kafka

As dark forces make a power grab for our very souls and the world spins off her axis, fear not, despair not, hope - yes!

Come, dreamers, and unleash the creative potential of your unshackled minds. We are now accepting submissions to our sixth issue. Place your pre-orders here, and spread the word!

THEME

In a world gone mad, we find ourselves pitted against each other, crippled and confused by opposing forces. LE GUN 6 will focus on this unrelenting dichotomy of extremes.

SUBMISSIONS GUIDE

Frequently asked questions and general guidelines — please read carefully!

Submissions are open to anyone, anywhere.
Respond to the theme in any way you see fit. Be fresh! There is no need to emulate work you have seen in previous issues.
Please submit up to 6 jpgs no larger than 5MB each. If your artwork is chosen we will get in touch to discuss size and resolution. We may ask for artwork to be sent to us for press-quality scanning or photography.
The deadline for all submissions has been extended to 16 October 2017. To submit your artwork, please use the submission form — do not send work via email. Do not send hard copy, unless we have asked you to do so.
Due to a high number of submissions we cannot reply to everyone. If your work is chosen you will have heard from us by the end of November 2017.
There is no remuneration for published work. If your work is published, you will however receive a free copy of the magazine, in addition to any copies that you may have pledged for.
Should we request hard copy later, we will return by secure courier along with the printed magazine. We will take the best possible care of your work while it is in our possession, unfortunately we cannot insure against accidents.
We are deeply grateful for your support! Thank you! However we will treat all submissions equally — donations will not make any difference to our decision.
LE GUN is edited by seven people in a hair-raising and often perplexing process, by which a mountain of submissions must be whittled down to fit a finite number of pages. But obviously don't let that put you off, go forth and prosper!
